Awake Inside on iPhone

A private plan for your week, and a second opinion when a label leaves you unsure.

Everything on this website is a reference. The app is the part that follows you into a kitchen and a shop: a week you can keep, a day you can close, and a camera for the moments the week does not cover.

Coming to the App Store
The app's Today screen: four intentions on a vertical thread, one marked done, one marked changed

A day, not a program

The week you built becomes a few things today, grouped morning to evening. Each closes four ways: done, changed, skipped deliberately, or not relevant. All four finish it, and only the first means as planned.

The scanner, open on the camera with a choice between food and skincare

The camera, when the plan does not cover it

Point it at a grocery barcode or a skincare ingredient list. The product records travel with the app, so it works in a shop with no signal, and the reading happens on the phone.

A reading of a granola packet, with its reasons and a list of decisions

An answer you can argue with

Not a score. Every reading names the rules behind it and ends in something you can act on, then says what changed. Unknown stays unknown, and a missing nutrient is never counted against a food.

The weekly review: counts for the week, what fitted, and what kept being let go

Seven days, read back

What fitted and what kept being let go, with at most three proposed changes, each carrying the observation it came from. Nothing is applied unless you accept it. A friction point is a fact about a plan, not about you.

Where your data goes

Nowhere. There is no account to make and no server holding a copy. Your plan, what you did with each day, your check-ins, your journal, and every scan stay in the phone's own storage. Photographs taken by the scanner are read on the device and never saved. You can export the lot to a file at any time, and delete all of it in one action.

The privacy page lists every single thing the app stores, by name.

What it costs

The app is free, and the part that matters is the free part: build a week, see today, close each intention, read any label, keep your own records, and take them with you. Every safety-relevant warning is free and always will be.

A membership is planned for the parts that compound: unlimited scanning, readings weighed against your own plan, the record of what you decided, and the weekly review that turns an accepted change into next week. It funds evidence updates, refreshed product records, and keeping the scanner working as iOS moves. Pricing lands when the app does.

Useful even without us online

The core app and its knowledge travel with the download. Your private data stays on your device. A membership funds evidence updates, product records, scanner improvements, and compatibility with future iOS releases. If development stopped, the installed version would keep its content and your data, though nobody can promise a binary will run on operating systems that do not exist yet.
