Barrier-Repair Soothing Cream

Ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids, in the same balanced ratio your skin uses, replenish the lipids of your outer barrier. That restores the mortar between skin cells, so the barrier holds water better and stops letting in the irritants behind your redness and stinging.

Why it works

Barrier-repair moisturizers with physiological lipids aren't a guess. They're well studied, and the studies consistently show less water loss and real soothing for compromised, reactive, and eczema-prone skin. One of the better-supported categories you'll find in any routine. Believe it.

How to use it

  1. Smooth a nickel-sized amount over slightly damp skin, right after your serums.
  2. Use it morning and night, as your near-final step both times.
  3. Morning version: it goes on, then sunscreen goes over it. In that order.
  4. Night version: it's your last step, unless a heavier occlusive needs to follow.
  5. Skin feels tight? Reapply. And patch test any time you switch formulas.

As the near-final step, smooth a nickel-sized amount over slightly damp skin after your serums to seal in hydration; in the morning it goes under sunscreen, and at night it is typically your last step or precedes only a heavier occlusive if needed.

For men: Razor burn and reactive, stinging skin just met their solution. Apply it straight after shaving to calm things down and rebuild the barrier, and don't get lazy: the morning layer still needs SPF on top.

⚠ Well tolerated for most, but any product can still react on very sensitive skin, so patch test when switching. A morning application does not replace sunscreen, which remains the single best step for barrier and aging. This is educational information to discuss with a clinician, not medical advice.
